I was referred to X Martial Arts by a coworker and could not be more thrilled with the outcome. My son enjoys going every time and takes it very seriously, although it is a very friendly atmosphere. Master Paul works wonderful with the kids while maintaining discipline and motivation. Jennifer, who runs the office is very friendly and always keeps you notified of everything that is going on with your child. She will call you personally if any changes are being made. The building is clean and you can watch your child if you decide to stay while the class is going on. Although not at this time due to COVID. There were zoom classes offered during the pandemic which was a great way to keep the kids active. Highly recommend.

My kids have been going here for years, I think they were some of his first students. My kids have learned so much here. Self confidence and discipline. After reading a recent review, I have to say I have never seen Master Paul over step a boundary. He does address behavior to facilitate change, like oh I have seen so many kids picking at their toes...gross and unhygienic...so yes he addresses it. He’ll explain its unhygienic and tell them to wash their hands. He’ll joke about it too. Every kid has learned that Master Paul is pushing them to grow, both physically and mentally. May I be so bold as to state that martial arts is to make a person strong both physically and mentally, therefore it is not for snowflakes. If you want your child to have a thick enough skin to handle what life will throw at them then this is the school for you.

We have been with X-Martial Arts for several years. Master Paul is really great with teaching the children in a way that they can understand. My son has gained a lot of confidence and loves going to class. Master Paul and Master Bill make classes fun for all the kids and has great communication with the parents. This is the place you should send your child if they want to gain more confidence and have fun Learning taekwondo in the process.
